Great to see all the hard work has paid off on this old fishing boat. Well done all.

We often get asked about tides at marina. The total range is from about .02 of a metre (low) to 2.1 metres (high). The main picture is a tide of about 1.8 metres and there’s plenty of room as you can see from the second picture for the floating marina to cope with more water. Huge amounts of water flow up and down the Clarence River every day however as the marina is in a protected harbour the marina simply floats up and down. A safe place for boats in all weather.

Great to see some local bird life in the marina. These pelicans are regular visitors, as are some friendly dolphins and schools of fish. Yamba Marina is fish friendly so we don’t allow fishing from the pontoons, boats or wharves. There is plenty of water in the river for that. We are open all the long weekend. Please use your QR codes to check in when you visit us.

The weather is perfect. Come and hire a boat and go for a cruise on the mighty Clarence River. You can fish or simply cruise the blue waters. You don’t need a boat licence and we

This little beauty is coming up for sale. It’s a Hood 20 from the famous Warwick Hood drawing board.

She’s been completely restored and she comes with a trailer with 12 months rego and an outboard in great condition.

The list of extras is extraordinary. This little yacht does not need a cent spent on her and she’s ready to go sailing now. More pictures and details to come soon. She will also be listed on Gumtree.

Despite lockdowns please remember the marina is open every day for Covid safe operation.

It is especially important to remember our hire care operation is operating as normal. We are open every day if you need a hire care or to rent a truck or bus. Many Thrifty offices are operating on reduced hours but at Yamba we are open every day. Great rates. Friendly staff.

Some major jobs being done on the hardstand right now. If its worth doing its worth doing well. If you need you boat ready for the warmer months call Graham to book in.

There has been a Covid case reported in Coffs Harbour. That shows we all need to be on the alert. Please follow the health advice. Social distance. Wear a mask when outside your home and sign in to all places you visit. Please follow the rules. There are blue skies ahead.

While the Covid crisis continues to grow in NSW we again ask anyone visiting the marina to wear face masks and to check-in via the QR code. Scan areas are outside the marina office and on the main gate leading into the marina berths. Everyone visiting the marina must check-in using the QR code. If we all do the right thing we will beat this beast of a disease. There is blue sky ahead if we all take the NSW Health advice.

A new boat for Marine Rescue NSW. Built by Harwood Marine. Looking great!
