All lifts at the sole discretion of the Yamba Marina Manager.
No vessel will be lifted until the ‘Shipyard, Ramp and Lift Conditions and Requirements’ form has been read in full, agreed to and signed by an authorised person.
By signing the lift agreement the owner specifically guarantees the boat is fully insured.
No vessel will be launched or returned to water until account is paid in FULL. There are no exceptions.

Contractors must supply current Workplace and Public Liability Insurance details to Marina office during induction and before starting work. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Absolutely no responsibility is taken for damage to vessels being lifted or moved or stored on hardstand.
Security of the vessel is the sole responsibility of the boat owner. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Cradles, supports, props, blocks, wedges or chocks are NOT to be moved from boats under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Hardstand access is from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Weekend access is provided at the sole discretion of the Marina Manager
NO SANDBLASTING, GRINDING, ALCOHOL, VISITORS, CHILDREN OR ANIMALS ON HARDSTAND.
ENCLOSED SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.NO VEHICLES PERMITTED ON HARDSTAND.
ALL ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS AND RULES MUST BE MET.
Yamba Marina Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vehicles in the car park or on marina premises at any time.
There are no exceptions to this.
